We require at least 2 paid people to book. We are strictly catch and release.
Pricing is $300 per person per day to go noodling with a $100 nonrefundable deposit per person to hold your date with the balance due before we depart to your fishing trip. If you have to cancel, your nonrefundable deposit is transferable to any date that you would like that is not already booked in the future and does not expire. The price is just is just the fishing trip, and does not include lodging, food, fishing license, or transportation. You will have to provide those things. People who just want to go and not fish, the price is the same. We are still responsible for whoever is with us in the water for your safety.
Once you contact us and decide on the date, you need to pay the deposit. The invoice is due immediately, and after three days, if not paid, your date will become available again, and your invoice will be canceled. It is first come first serve on the dates as many people are wanting to hand fish! We do not guarantee a catch. That is why it is called fishing, not catching! You will have to sign a contract and a waiver. You will have to purchase an Oklahoma Fishing License, but that can be purchased when you arrive or online from the Oklahoma Wildlife Department.
We will need the waiver back before we leave the day of your trip. The contract needs to be filled out by Big Fish Adventures, LLC and sent to the client after Big Fish Adventures, LLC receives your deposit.
In the event the Client defaults in the performance of any of his/her obligations, from and after the date of arrival, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the deposit. In the event that BFA is unable to perform all or any portion of its obligations hereunder, for reasons beyond BFA control due to weather, an act of God or governmental action, the Client, as provided above, shall not be entitled to any portion of his/her fee refunded.
